The catalogue and the account are free. This text covers the website and subscriptions already concluded.

Scope

These terms apply to the OFFSET.health website. The catalogue, Offset Map, simulation and account features are free. OFFSET.health remains a reading of lab values, not a diagnosis and not a medical device.

Account

A free account stores the encrypted history, the weight log, the weekly reflection and the optional weekly mail. Saving needs the account and your consent.

Existing subscriptions

OFFSET.health no longer sells a subscription. Cancel a subscription that is still running in the Stripe customer portal. Until you cancel, Stripe may keep charging it.

No new paid contract

Using the website does not form a paid contract. A paid contract exists only for subscriptions Stripe has already accepted.

Liability

The disclaimer applies to the ranking. Statutory rules apply to a subscription already concluded; life, body and health and product-liability law remain untouched.
