For consumers in the EU who already concluded a subscription. New subscriptions are not offered.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts when the contract is formed.

How to withdraw

Withdraw via the Stripe customer portal, by email to the address in the imprint, or by any other clear statement. Sending it in time is enough to meet the deadline.

Expiry for a digital service

This applies only to contracts already formed. If you expressly asked us to provide the digital service in full before the withdrawal period ended, and you confirmed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the right expires when you start using it. Otherwise we refund pro rata through Stripe.
